Cedar Essential Oil
Locally harvested cedar boughs are copper distilled to produce potent essential oil with the scent of the coastal rainforest. The Western Red Cedar is one of the most important trees in the pacific northwest, used traditionally for practical, spiritual and medicinal purposes for hundreds of years.
- Ingredients | 100% Cedar Leaf Essential Oil
- Use | Add 2-3 drops to a diffuser to cleanse and purify a room. Pour a few drops into the bottom of your shower to bring the scent of an outdoor shower inside. Add a few drops to cotton balls and place in a closet to deter moths. Blend into natural household cleaning products for a fresh scent. Blend 2 drops of cedar oil with 10 drops of lavender oil and add to a diffuser.
- Cautions | Always practice caution and consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner when using of essential oils. Cedar leaf oil is highly potent and can be toxic if ingested. Dilute liberally in a carrier oil and use a patch test to check for skin irritation before applying topically. Avoid use during pregnancy.
