HOLIDAY RETUNS EXTENSIONS
With the Canada post strike and holiday shopping we have extended our return window. Orders placed from Nov 15th on are eligible for return until January 20th 2025. Condition of merchandise still applies.
Online Purchase | Return Policy Within Canada
All sale, discounted items, and items purchased on promotion or with a discount code are final sale and are not eligible for return. undergarments, swimwear, and skincare/hygiene product are final sale and are not eligible for return. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.
We will gladly issue a refund to the original payment method for regular-priced, unused merchandise when the return is shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.
Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt or packing slip.
When your return/exchange request is approved you will receive a shipping label via email. When your return is received back in store we will process the refund immediately.

All return/exchange postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. When shipping items for a return, indicate on the customs label that the package is a return of Canadian goods to avoid paying duties. Any duties incurred on a return/exchange will be deducted from the refund total.
When your return is received back in store we will process the refund immediately.
